South East Phoenix Football Club is a fun, safe, positive and inclusive environment in which all members of the club are valued and in which sportspeople are provided with clear development pathways and the support necessary to reach their individual sporting capacity. The club strives for excellence in coaching delivery, individual player growth and team performance. South East Phoenix Football Club works cooperatively with other clubs in the area to build coaching capacity, identify player talent and support the development of football as a community sport. Financial sustainability and transparency is maintained at all times. The club exists primarily for the benefit of players and their families and accordingly, the wellbeing of these stakeholders and the development of positive relationships are key to the ethos of the club.
