The Technical Director for Southern Branch FC in 2021 is Norm Boardman
Currently completing his tenure as Head Coach with Macarthur Football Association, Norm returns to the South Coast after 17 years of building on his already impressive credentials.
Norm began his coaching career at the tender age of 13, and has worked across all levels of the games including:
- Bankstown District Soccer Association Director of Coaching
- Zone coach for Identified potential State Team players “Zone 2” i.e. Bankstown Canterbury and Granville Associations
- Manager of Coaching and Development Southern Branch
- Appointed to be part of the Technical Study group for Australian friendly matches
- Coach of various FNSW State teams coaching male and female players across both genders from NSW metropolitan and Country areas
- Appointed assistant coach of the Australian Paralympic team (the Pararoos)
- Assistant Technical Director of Football NSW (FNSW)
- Technical Director Football NSW (FNSW)
- Head Coach Picton Rangers FC – Illawarra Premier League
- Head Coach Dandaloo FC – Illawarra Premier League
- National Community Coach Education Manager Football Federation of Australia (FFA)
- Appointed to AFC Champions League and other Asian Football Confederation Tournament’s Technical Study group
- Head Coach Western Sydney Wanderers FC (Westfield W League)
- Head Coach Macarthur Rams Women FC
- Football Manager Macarthur Football Association
